Description

These Breakfast Rolls are a delicious and easy way to start your day! Packed with scrambled eggs, sausage, turkey bacon, and cheese, all wrapped in soft crescent dough, they make for the perfect breakfast or brunch treat.

For the filling:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz ground breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

For the dough:

  • 2 (8 oz) cans crescent dough sheets
  • 1/3 cup whipped chive and onion cream cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

2️⃣ Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, bell pepper, milk, and black pepper. Cook the eggs in a skillet over medium heat, scrambling them until just set. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.

3️⃣ Prepare the Dough: Open the cans of crescent dough and carefully unroll them into two large sheets. Pinch the long edges together to form one large rectangle.

4️⃣ Add the Filling: Spread cream cheese evenly over the dough. Then, layer on the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

5️⃣ Roll & Slice: Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the long edge. Use a serrated knife to cut the roll into 12 equal slices.

6️⃣ Bake: Place the rolls into the prepared baking pan and bake for 24-26 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

7️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy these delicious breakfast rolls with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh fruit!
